What is needed?

• designated 1 day out of the month – preferably a Sunday, Wed, or Thursday
• establishment must have a stage or raised speaker area
• preferred – some stage lighting (not required)
• sound system
• seats close to 100
• must have heart healthy choices on the menu – or be willing to work with us to provide heart healthy choices – we will provide the recipes that make sense
